Tour Terms & Conditions

ALL TOURS

  • Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST

  • Rates include all entrance fees and meals as stated in brochure/tour copy

  • Children under 6 years not are recommended on our tours

  • Confirmation and pick up time and location must be confirmed 48 hours prior to tour departure

  • Proof of age (over 18) must be shown to consume alcohol on any of our tours

  • In compliance with the laws of responsible serving of alcohol, alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests and drunk or disorderly patrons will not be permitted to remain with the group & will not be allowed back on the bus

  • Melbourne Shopping Experiences advises guests to have travel insurance. We will not be held responsible for any damages, loss or injuries incurred whilst on tour

  • Melbourne Shopping Experiences reserves the right to alter itineraries, vehicles and days of operation as required

  • Although every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary specified some venues may not be available on requested day due to events. Every effort will be made to inform the agent/client of tour cancellations/alterations prior to tour date

  • All tours can be provided on a private basis upon request. Please ask for a quote

Cancellations:

  • Please advise us within 72 hours of a tour departure of any cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25%

  • No-shows or tours cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time may not be refunded

Gift Certificates:

  • Your gift certificate grants you access to the specified tour at the rate applicable on the date of voucher purchase. In the event of a tour price increase, the recipient of this voucher will be responsible for covering any price difference at the time of tour reservation.

  • The gift certificate is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change tour prices without notice.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE GROUPS

  • A deposit of 50% of the estimated tour cost is required at time of booking to enable prepayment of venues

  • The balance of payment is due at least one week prior to the tour departure

  • Cancellations notified between 14 and 5 days prior to commencement will incur a fee of 25% of the estimated tour cost

  • Cancellations notified less than 72 hours prior to commencement will incur a fee of 75% of the estimated tour cost

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of commencement will not be refunded

  • Final numbers & pick up details are required 72 hours prior to tour departure

  • Additional numbers will be accepted at the contracted rate until departure subject to availability

 

BARGAINS AND BUBBLES PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum number of guests (4) required for tour departures. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund

  • Individual booking are accepted

  • Child Gross (0 -14) is 25% off Adult Gross for public tours.

  • Public Tours depart from next to The Forum Theatre, on Russell St near Flinders St at 9:00am or from selected city hotels on request

   

A VINTAGE ADVENTURE PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum number of guests (4) required for tour departures. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund

  • Individual booking are accepted

  • Public Tours depart from next to The Forum Theatre, on Russell St near Flinders St at 10:00am

  • Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

                                                        

MARVELLOUS MELBOURNE PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A minimum booking of 2 guests is required for this tour. The tour will proceed even if only 2 guests are booked

  • Individual booking are accepted

  • Child Gross (0 -14) is 25% off Adult Gross for public tours

  • Public Tours depart from outside the Visitor Information Centre at Federation Square, cnr Swanston St and Flinders St at 10:00am

  • Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

 

URBAN VINTAGE WALKING TOUR PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum number of guests (4) required for tour departures. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund

  • Individual booking are accepted

  • Public Tours depart from outside the Visitor Information Centre at Federation Square, cnr Swanston St and Flinders St at 1:00pm

  • Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.
